Eat the Colors of the Rainbow
Vegetables (and some fruits) that are in a wide range of deep colors should make up most your diet. Natural foods with intense colors indicates it has loads of phytonutrients, which are substances that protect food from viruses and bacteria – and when eaten offer similar benefits.
Exercise like Kids Play
Our bodies are built to chase down prey and then stop or to run from danger and then to stop. Short bursts of intense exertion peppered with periods of leisurely movement is what makes us feels the best and what works the best to keep us in shape.

Running – Sprint for a minute, then walk or trot for five and repeat.
Swimming – Swim one fast lap, then do three at a leisurely pace and repeat.

Think you won’t burn enough calories from it? Try it out and you’ll find interval training style activities will actually burn more.
Spend time with the People you Love.
Laughs, hugs and smiles can affect your health for the better. Being around people who gets you and whom you can confide in will help boost your immune system. If you’re lucky, you will have this built into your day. If you don’t, make the effort to spend time with the people you love. Emailing, Facebooking or even phone-calling is not going to do- physical, as well as emotional proximity is a big factor to leading a healthy and happy life.
Do something you love for at least 10 minutes a day
Whether it’s shooting hoops, sketching something on the subway home or dancing unabashedly to your favorite song – doing something you unabashedly love is incredibly powerful and healing to the body. Like taking your health supplement, do this EVERYDAY.
Kick off your kicks and walk on grass, earth or sand whenever you have the chance. This will boost your immune system by exposing your body to unfamiliar microbes. It will also give you a charge – LITERALLY. When wearing barefoot you receive electrons from the Earth, which have calming and healing benefits for the whole body.
